Gen 5+PCV can set up with -6, 8, 10, 12AN inlet fittings for 600, 800, 1000, 1200 hp capacity, and intake manifold with -AN or OEM quick connect check exit
-connects between crankcase and intake manifold, either by stock connector, or included GM LS / late 'helix' type oil cap adapter for sizes -8, -10, -12
-Includes Universal mounting kit, required push lock hoses and fittings
-Head mount may need spacing to clear aftermarket heads, valve covers, or fuel rail covers
